Magnum 4.0 Series Step Bars feature:
6061-T4 Aluminum, the 4-inch round tube is bent on the ends by a Drawn-Over-Mandrel (DOM)
process for a consistent and evenly formed radius and the .130 wall thickness offered
superior strength without the weight of mild steel or stainless steel. The Aluminum tube
is treated with a corrosion resistant electrostatic E-coat before it's powdercoated and
even anodized on the brushed finish for protection from the most extreme weather and road
conditions. Each step bar is manufactured to the rigid standards as set forward in our
certified ISO 14001 and TS-16949 facility; and, each step bars undergoes an internal
camera inspection process to assure all welds and attachments meet or exceed the OEM
product standards.
The Magnum 4.0 Series features the deepest and widest recessed TPO step pad at 2.25”
deep and 4.5” wide. This allows the 4-inch step bar to provide sure footing on entry
and exist from the vehicle. The self-locking “SecurStep” attachment method
assures longevity that will not crack, fade or loosen over time.
The Magnum 4.0 Series is specifically designed for each vehicle with one of the strongest
bracket systems on the market. The step bars mounts without drilling and features a unique
“W” bolt for each bracket to assure a secure attachment without a fear a
“sagging” step bar. Each HRPO Steel bracket is E-coated for corrosion resistance
and then applied with a black powdercoat for an extremely durable road and weather
resistance finish.
