GFX/Ground Effects LTD guarantees
the original purchaser a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects in
materials, workmanship and finish under normal use. The warranty does not cover shipping
damage, improper installation, road hazards (such as gravel or other debris), product
modifications, product neglect or misuse and impaitments from accidents. Should a product
fail to perform as described within the warranted period, it will be repaired or replaced
with the same or functionally equivalent product by GFX, at its discretion, free of
charge. This warranty does not include the cost of removal, installation, labor or
shipping charges and any inconvenience or consequential damages.
This warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser. Prior to returning any
product, that is considered to be defective, with proof of the original date of purchase,
the end-user or the reseller from whom the end-user originally purchased the product must
obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) from GFX. All products, considered to be
defective, must be returned to GFX with shipping charges prepaid. GFX will not accept any
collect shipments. Repaired or replacement products will be return with shipping charges
prepaid.
The above warranty statement supersedes all previous GFX warranty statements.
DISCLAIMER
The purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities whatsoever from the installation and use
of any GFX products. GFX products are sold as an appearance accessories and should not be
relied upon as protection for the vehicle and/or occupants in the event of a collision or
rollover. GFX assumes no liability for injury, loss, incidental or consequential damages

RETURN POLICY
NO product can be return without an approved Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) number from
GFX. All products must be in saleable condition (cartons must be unopened) and returned to
GFX at the WD’s expense. All adjustments and returns are subject to a 25% restocking
charge.
